Our popular introduction to Agile and Scrum has made its way to Bristol! Breaking everything down into easily digestible chunks, this session provides a quick-start guide to the principles of Agile and the increasingly popular Scrum framework. If you want to increase the productivity of your teams and learn how to release more value, more quickly, this session is for you.
On the night
Join us for our popular 2 hour intro to Agile with one of our hugely experienced Agile practitioners and speakers, Kjell Eldor-Evans, Client Strategy Director at Manifesto.
Kjell is a Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach, and leads on Manifesto’s product, service and strategy innovation projects. Kjell’s role at Manifesto includes facilitating problem framing with senior stakeholders, facilitating hack days, design sprints, discovery projects and defining product backlogs.
On the night Kjell will look at how Agile project management has grown and developed from its core principles, including the Scrum methodology and the Kanban pull system.

Who is it for?
This event assumes no prior knowledge of Agile or Scrum. Attendees should have had some exposure to projects and project management. It will be of benefit for those who work in or with Scrum teams, those who are thinking of adopting Agile or Scrum, or want to reflect back on the core principles and solidify learning, as well as people looking to become a Certified ScrumMaster.
