open roles
Senior Digital Strategist
UK Wide (Hybrid)•£50,000 - £65,000As a senior strategist at manifesto, you'll work at the heart of our teams by defining our approach to identifying and solving our clients' key problems and opportunities.
How to join the team
Our hiring takes place via our parent group, TPXimpact's centralised People Team. Expect to see the TPXimpact brand across the recruitment process, be it on our recruitment platform or interacting with someone from the Talent Team (who'll likely contact you using a TPXimpact email address).
Find a role
All of our current opportunities are listed on our careers website.
We’re open to applications from both traditional and non-traditional routes, backgrounds and experiences. We’re looking for the right skills and cultural fit above anything else.
In each job description, you’ll find all relevant skills and our salary banding. And unless the description specifically states otherwise, all of our roles are open for hybrid working within the UK.
Apply
Once you’ve found a role that interests you, click the Apply button. You’ll be redirected to create a profile in the TPXimpact recruitment platform. Fill in the form, upload your CV and any additional materials, and your information will be sent to our talent team to review. From your profile, you can see the status of any applications you’ve submitted.
A member of our Talent Team will review your application. We’re looking for skills alignment between your CV and the job description we’ve shared.
We aim to respond to every candidate in a timely manner. We care about our candidates and want to give everyone our thoughtful time and consideration.
Meet us
If we think your CV aligns with the job description, a member from our Talent Team will get in touch to set up an informal video call. On this call, we’ll discuss your interests, skills, experience and career goals.
At this stage, we want to get to know you. This is just as much about looking for the right skills as it is about finding the right cultural fit. We’ll also try to answer any questions you have about the position, the team you’d be joining and our wider company.
Interview
At this stage, it’s time to meet the hiring manager for the role. This is most likely going to be the person you’ll be reporting to if you join the company. Before the interview, we’ll share any questions so you have time to prepare.
Depending on the role, the interview can be up to a three-step process. There may be a presentation or task element, or you might be invited to meet additional members of the team. This varies across roles and teams, but we’ll be open with you about the process.
Whatever the requirements, we’ll share these in advance, allowing you plenty of time to prepare. We know that interviews can be stressful, so our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to bring out your best self and showcase your skills on the day.
Offer
If your application is successful, a member of the Talent team will be in touch to deliver your offer. We aim to deliver offers as quickly as possible.
If your application is unsuccessful at the interview stage, we’re always happy to provide constructive feedback to assist you in understanding our decision. Our aim is to support you in preparing for any future interviews.
Onboarding
Once you’ve formally accepted your offer, our Onboarding team will help with everything you need to get started in your new role.
We're want to make your transition into our company as smooth as possible, and our Onboarding team will ensure you have all the support and information necessary for a successful start in your new role.
