We’re working with Woodgreen to improve performance across their digital donations prioritising tests based on their impact - so overall conversion and average gift size.  

Challenge

Woodgreen support thousands of pets in desperate need each year, and this is only increasing as a result of the cost of living crisis. So they urgently needed to ensure that every penny they spend is as efficient as possible and raise more funds for pets who need their help right now.

Solution

Insight driven prioritisation

We identified that while Woodgreen were getting great click through and low bounce rate, their conversion rate was lagging behind, so we shaped a programme to systematically improve - starting with a discovery which gained deep insights to inform where we prioritise our efforts. 

Thinking beyond the funnel

Our tests are focused on increasing overall conversion and average gift size. The prioritised tests span across the acquisition stage to the donation form itself and improvements to CTAs, UX, nudge behaviours based on behavioural design techniques and deep audience insights.
