Join us for our popular 2 hour introduction to Agile and Scrum at the Manifesto studio! Breaking everything down into easily digestible chunks, this session provides a quick-start guide to the principles of Agile and the increasingly popular Scrum framework. If you want to increase the productivity of your teams and learn how to release more value, more quickly, this session is for you.


Hosting the event will be our hugely experienced Agile practitioner and speaker, Adam Fowles. Adam is a certified Product Owner with a strong passion for managing and advising organisations on improving their digital projects and services. Adam has over six years’ experience of managing both Agile and Waterfall digital projects from pre-sales through to implementation for leading brands and top-tier charities.


On the night

On the night Adam will look at how Agile project management has grown and developed from its core principles, including the Scrum methodology and the Kanban pull system.
