The cultural clashes – Agency vs Client

Join us on Wednesday 5th February from 6:30pm where we will be joined by Aqueduct and Tribal Worldwide London to discuss the management of potential cultural clashes between agencies and clients.

Part of running projects (agile or not) requires the careful management of client expectations. Sometimes even from teams you’re not directly working with at that organisation, from budget holders to senior influencers. This can impact our approach, from the vocabulary we use to the pace of the project itself; in order to deliver on the project goal.

In this session, our agile agency experts will be sharing their experiences, and the tools and techniques they use to keep the project moving forward, whilst managing your client expectations.
