Overview

This practical 2 hour session will give you the confidence to start thinking about how personas are applied correctly, in collaboration with the design process, to allow you to harness better engagement and interaction with your organisation.

On the night

Following the success of our launch event last year, join our Principal UX Consultant Rich Williams for the second instalment of our UX Unwrapped series. In this practical session we’ll focus on how and where personas and user research fit into the design process. Plus we’ll take a look into what other tools and techniques can support these personas (now and in the future) to continue returning the best results.

Who is it for?

This session doesn’t assume any UX experience and is for anyone who is keen to get to know their users better and help others in their organisation share this understanding.
