Overview
We all know the importance of understanding our audiences better but how do we actually achieve this and how do we then ensure this knowledge is shared across project teams and beyond?
This practical 2.5 hour session will look to equip you with the skills you need to find out what makes your users tick and provide the tools to transform this knowledge into Personas that can be used by all.
On the night
Join our Principal UX Consultant Rich Williams for our first UX Unwrapped workshop. In this practical session you will create your very own Persona through a journey of Persona research and development, focusing on key techniques such as depth interviews and cluster templates.
Who is it for?
This session doesn’t assume any UX experience and is for anyone who is keen to get to know their users better and help others in their organisation share this understanding.
