Meet the team: Ryan Hodges, Digital Production Manager
Man of action Ryan Hodges joins us as Digital Production Manager after an illustrious career in the recruitment advertising industry. Keeping the team at Manifesto ship-shape should be no problem for someone who’s motto in life, as in sport, seems to be ‘get stuff done’.
19 years at the award winning recruitment advertising agency AIA Worldwide began for Ryan with preparing artwork for print ads. By the time he left he was Content Operations Director, responsible for delivering multi-channel global campaigns for a number of high profile clients.
A highly effective communicator, Ryan’s job at Manifesto spans the whole range of services we provide to our clients. As he attempts to implement new ways of working that ensure the team is both efficient and delivers value to our customers, he’ll be getting heavily involved in tools, processes and recruitment.
Why the move from advertising agency to digital agency? Ryan explains:
“Coming from a creative background I’m always excited to see how digital will continue to have an impact on our daily lives. Everyone uses a laptop/smartphone/tablet, but what’s next? Wearables? Virtual & Augmented Reality? Drones? It seems now that anything is possible; it’s just a matter of when it’ll arrive.”
Outside of work Ryan is no less energetic. A father of three girls with two cats and a dog he still somehow found time last year to climb the three peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon), play hockey for Upminster HC (his 3rd season) and obsess over fantasy football as part of the Manifesto league.
We’re delighted that this tireless adventurer is now using some of his boundless energy to help Manifesto grow and prosper. Welcome Ryan!
