Vodafone UK has over 19.5 million mobile subscribers. To support the launch of their new broadband services they needed help building availability tools, a purchasing journey and content on a new platform.

What we did

We provided guidance, development and architectural advice on building the service availability checker tools, product browse and selection tools and the associated website. The tools, which integrate with services from several third parties, were created with Java and the Oracle WebCenter Sites content management system.


How it went

The new site launched successfully in February 2016 and is now being used by Vodafone broadband service customers across the UK. Alongside the website we created a bespoke training programme to help the editorial team make the most of their new content management system.
